Real Estate Mobility – Mobile Offices for Real Estate

There are a couple of custom databases available free here that are set up to maintain vendor and income accounts, and do simple bookkeeping for the real estate agent and brokerage.

They aren’t anything close to QuickBooks or Peachtree, but they aren’t meant to be. I found the business accounting packages to be overkill for my real estate needs, and created these simple databases for easy and fast entry of my income and expenses. My accountant has no problem with the reports I take in, though she would like a “dump-it-in” Quickbooks file better for her convenience.

Many agents will consider it a real convenience when you offer these databases and reports to them in an online setting. Check out the short video for more.
