The basic WebOffice that you sign up for with Webex is an amazing online intranet to accomplish all of the things a busy office needs online from anywhere 24/7.

You can get a five minute very basic look at the main functions in this video.  However, for a really good understanding, take a tour of each of the modules below.  Once you get to the first one, you can use the links on the left instead of closing the window.

They aren’t anything close to QuickBooks or Peachtree, but they aren’t meant to be. I found the business accounting packages to be overkill for my real estate needs, and created these simple databases for easy and fast entry of my income and expenses. My accountant has no problem with the reports I take in, though she would like a “dump-it-in” Quickbooks file better for her convenience.

Many agents will consider it a real convenience when you offer these databases and reports to them in an online setting. Check out the short video for more.
